  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the child and school environment, always ensuring effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated one-on-one support to a child with SEMH needs, implementing personalised behaviour management strategies and interventions.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing relationship with the child, offering emotional support, guidance, and encouragement.
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualised support plans, ensuring the childs needs are met effectively.
  • Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of support strategies, making adjustments as necessary to facilitate the childs growth and success.
