Maintenance Manager (FMCG)£54,000 - £58,000 + Progression + Training + Company BenefitsPontefractAre you a Maintenance Manager or similar with a background in FMCG looking to lead a team of maintenance engineers for one of the countries leading distributors who will provide career progression, training in the form of courses and qualifications and a rangeof great company benefitsOn offer is the opportunity to work for a subsidiary of one of the largest distribution and warehousing companies in the UK as part of their food packaging operations. The company are looking to bring in a new Engineer Manager to help look after the factorywhilst also guiding a number of younger maintenance engineers and helping with their professional development.This role will involve taking charge of a large packaging plant, looking after all the machinery and the team that maintains it. You will be scheduling PPM, looking after and mentoring apprentices, assisting with maintenance, carrying out risk assessment andcreating related reports.This role would suit a Maintenance Manager or similar with a background in FMCG looking to take on a leading position and run an important factory for a well know company that can provide training to broaden their skillset, progression to further positionsand a host of company benefits.The Role

Manage maintenance team
Schedule all maintenance
Carry out planned preventative maintenance
Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30
