With the need for Teachers and Support staff continuing to grow, we are looking for newly qualified and experienced teachers to assist schools and aid the student’s development. Positions are day-to-day and long-term that could go onto permanent.Step Teachers prides itself on its personal touch and our core values being friendly, honest and professional. In addition to this, we offer you a designated consultant for a speedy registration and a specialist Primary/Secondary Consultant to find you, yourideal placements.Role:

  • Demonstrate strong subject and curriculum knowledge
  • Use effective and accurate assessment tool
  • Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively
  • Be part of a team and work with outside agencies
Requirements:
  • Hold QTS or the equivalent of
  • Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching
  • A relevant subject-specific degree is desirable
