Job Description

A super Independent Estate Agency in Plymouth are looking for an experienced Valuer/Lister to join their busy team and ideally need an experienced candidate looking to earn around £40-45,000 per annum.This is a rare opportunity for a reliable and professional person looking for long term career prospects. The ideal candidate will be motivated and will help to push the business forward, come from a strong estate agency background, be an experienced estateagency valuer and be dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of service.Duties:

  • Generate Market Appraisals
  • Attend market appraisals and complete take ons
  • Vendor care & sales progression

  • Motivated and Dedicated and a real team player

  • Sales, Valuing and Administration Experience
  • Well presented with a high level of spoken and written English
  • Eager to learn and further their skill set
  • Passionate about the Property Industry and dedicated to driving the business forward
