Job Description

Quinton Davies has been appointed to recruit a Project Planner based in PlymouthThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress with a rapidly growing company. The role will be working closely with the technical team to plan and schedule all ongoing projects to successful completion, and to take responsibility to trackproject deliverables, monitoring progress, and communicating status updates to customers.You will work with project teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.Take an innovative, creative approach to planning projects and resource scheduling, keeping teams updated, and ensuring an interactive and ongoing dialogue.Requirements for this role:

  • Proven experience with project planning and scheduling
  • Experience in scheduling IT services projects for clients being charged a fee for the project
  • Lead by example approach to work, being hands-on and proactive
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, with close attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Projects.
