Job Description

Are you an experienced mechanical and electrical engineer with an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent Level 3 qualification If so, we would love to hear from you.Berry Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced mechanical and electrical engineer for a client based in Plympton.The ideal candidate will tackle a variety of tasks, using mechanical and electrical engineering skills and experience.You will provide mechanical and electrical support for fixed plant equipment, maintain plant availability, and carry out plant shutdown tasks.Key Skills:

  • Sound understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance including fixed processing plant - including fans, filters, mills, conveyors, packaging, etc
  • Able to fault find and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
  • Good communication skills and are a team player
  • IT literate and preferably have experience in using ERP systems
  • A Full UK driving licence
