Job Description

HR AdvisorPinxtonHybrid working after initial onboardup to £37,000OverviewYou will be joining a well-established manufacturing company, who are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and support to employees and management on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in the maintenance of HR records and documentation.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Advise on HR policy and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team
Character & Credentials:
