Job Description

HR AdvisorAre you confident in your approach to advice stakeholders at all levelsAre you up to date on your knowledge of employment law and practice, and confident in training and coaching managers on people management practices, HR policies and proceduresIn this role you’ll get to: Support the HRM with projects and initiatives. Get to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and look for new and efficient ways of working and provide recruitment advice and guide managers with the recruitmentprocess.You’ll be maintaining strong engagement with key stakeholders and consistently demonstrating high standards of work and confidence in the services they deliver whilst being effective in the case management of people related issues such as: disciplinaries,performance management, grievance, and absence management etc.This role will be perfect for you if:

  • Your preference is to work with your colleague’s face to face, as you’ll be based on site in Pinxton 5 days a week.
  • You enjoy working for a fast paced, multisite business. (£120m t/o)
  • Your happy to get involved in all the nitty gritty and not fazed by challenging situations as you thrive off problem solving.
  • Preferably have experience from a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment.
  • CIPD level 5 qualified.
You’ll be working in a tight knit team including the HR Director & HR Manager – both inspiring in the HR field and looking to welcome in a confident and tenacious HR Advisor to complete their team.Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
