Job Description

Customer Account CoordinatorPermanent Position£24,000 per annum +33 days holiday, sick pay, healthcare, 4% pensionMonday-Thursday 8:15-17:00, Friday 8:00-13:00NottinghamOur client is an aerospace manufacturing business who specialise in the production of precision parts, kits, airframe assemblies and sub-assemblies. They are looking for an experienced Customer Account Coordinator who will be able tocommunicate with the customers daily, liaise and communicate with key account stakeholders, work towards KPIs and ensure all data is accurate and delivered in a timely fashion. Customer Account Coordinator Job Description

  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis by telephone and e-mail in relation to their account, providing excellent customer services at all times.
  • Download customer sales order data reports and provide status updates to relevant customers and the customer account manager; ensuring at all times data is accurate and delivered in a timely fashion
  • Proactively liaise and communicate with key account stakeholders, including progress chasing with internal customers minimising delivery delays.
  • Maintain electronic order book for designated customers, ensuring records are accurate, up to date and processed in a timely fashion. Allowing completion of weekly production schedules and plans.
  • Process purchase orders accurately within 24 hours of receipt, ensuring required details and pricing are correct and on time delivery is achievable and aligned to order books.
  • Updating customers of any updates in relation to any delivery, quality or commercial issues and ensuring these are built into weekly production schedules and plans.
Customer Account CoordinatorEssential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • Previous experience carrying out a similar customer account manager position
  • Well-versed working within manufacturing/for a manufacturing business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, administration and customer service skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a number of tasks, varying workload and tight deadlines
