Job Description

Juice Recruitment is excited to be supporting a well-established specialist executive search firm, based just in West Bristol, with their search for Researcher to join their rapidly expanding team.This is a varied and dynamic role and would suit a bright, motivated and target driven individual.You will be working alongside a highly experienced executive search team assisting with market research, identifying candidates, selling opportunities and supporting the team to fill senior-level vacancies.Key responsibilities

Perform research projects
Qualify candidates over the phone
Develop detailed candidate records
Building sustainable customer relationships
Plan and prioritise personal workloads
Meet targets and KPIs
Develop and maintain reporting systems
Attend and present at internal meetings

We are seeking a confident, engaging and articulate communicator with strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and ability able to work to team targets and deliver under tight timescales. You will be a forward thinking, naturalpeople person with an unflappable nature teamed with an excellent telephone manner.This is a permanent full time opportunity offering a base salary of £20,000 to £25,000 per annum DOE, plus a realistic and immediately available OTE of £5-15k. You will receive exceptional training and huge opportunities for progression.
