Job Description

My Client are specialists providing Holistic financial planning to private and corporate clients. They have a new opportunity to join theirteam and seek a Qualified Level 4 Paraplanner.In return you can WFH most of the week, Salary up to 40k plus quarterly bonus and benefits.The Paraplanner will work directly with Financial Advisers and an Adviser Assistant to drive forward solutions for a specific and growing client bank. The individual will ensure the client remains at the heart of what we do ensuring theirobjectives and requirements are managed efficiently and compliantly.Job Responsibilities Ensure effective communication with Financial Advisers to understand and manage the clients needs. Effectively manage client expectations throughout the advised process and taking pride in ensuring all agreed deadlines are met. Operating as the conduit between Financial Adviser and all other depts. to effectively manage client expectations throughout the advised process and taking pride in ensuring all agreed deadlines are met. Working with Financial Adviser to hit / exceed sales targets and required business levels in a compliant manner. Manage the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and effectively keeping the advisers CRM activity up to date ensuring it is updated in real-time and with all relevant client interactions. Regular scheduled meeting with the adviser to continually assess new opportunities, discuss and review business pipeline and record in CRM in a timely manner. Direct contact with clients to answer admin-based queries and chasing outstanding information and paperwork to move business forward. Liaise with clients accountants, legal and tax advisers and other 3rd party professionals where required. Coordinating the production of client fact finds and other related information e.g., medical details for protection apps, ATR questionnaires etc. Production of compliant suitability reports/client recommendations and risk profiles and capacity bringing in the adviser as and when required. Ensure the Know Your Client (KYC) information is recorded appropriately to meet compliance requirements Ensure all research is documented and recorded in accordance with company processes and guidelines Prepare information / comparisons for analysis by Adviser Establish and build strong relationships with existing clients and maintain a strong customer focus throughout Work closely with the Adviser to identify future sales campaigns with client bank. Coordinating and organising the advisers diary. Any other duties as requested by your line manager.
