Job Description

My Client are a well known and highly regarded team of IFAs focussed on delivering excellence , based in North Somerset, lovely offices which offer parking and can offer a friendly working environment and a platform to thrive.Due to business growth they seek an experience Administrator from a Financial service background to join their team. In return a competitive salary and benefits can be offered.Duties Preparing relevant paperwork for client meetings. Submitting online applications. Processing Business and submit to providers Answering the phone and be able to deal with client questions that are not advice based in a timely manner. Collating research for recommendation. Using quotation systems for Mortgage, Protection, Investment products. Provide template suitability letters for the adviser to complete. Maintain and update information held on the companys back office system. Sending client authorities to Providers and chasing the required information Liaise with clients (verbal/written) O&M Research Buy / Sell upon client / adviser instruction Checking cash balance reports Liaise with Providers Verbal / Written Handling of DeathsWills/Executors etc Producing MI reports as requested by the adviserEssential Financial Services background and understanding Financial Services administrationEssential characteristics Professional and positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and efficiency
