Our client is a high profile global branded business that operates in the consumer sector. They have a great presence and are experiencing significant growth.They are seeking to appoint a new role of Head of Customer Experience to lead and drive the customer experience strategy for the business. This is a senior role, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.The business is headquartered in the Southwest and there is flexibility on where the person is based (you will probably be on site a few days each week).Key to this search is the ability to understand how the impact of premium products can be maximised in different markets through data driven customer strategies, creating an effective experience for all customers throughout the value streams. This role willdrive improvements in technology, constantly engage directly with customers to understand their specific requirements, and continually review and implement change to provide cohesive leadership and deliver future success.We are seeking candidates who have operated ideally within a direct to consumer brand or manufacturing/ high end product led business and someone who is tenacious and driven and who instinctively knows how to influence cross functional teams.
