Job Description

Fairways has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Perth based client who operate within the support services. This is a full time, temp to perm position offering the chance to join a local, charitable organisation.Reporting to the Service/Department Manager you will ensure the provision of effective administration functions and ensure accurate completion of tasks within timescales. Your main duties will include:

  • Line manage administration and auxiliary staff within the service/department as appropriate
  • Oversee the effective provision of general reception duties
  • Ensure maintenance and retention of effective records of all service users and visitors
  • Oversee and be responsible for correspondence, presentations, reports and printing
  • Maintenance of effective filing, archiving and retention systems
  • Devise and oversee office and admin systems
  • Ordering of stationery supplies
  • Be responsible for the financial transactions
  • Assist the Service/Department Manager with budget monitoring and management where required
  • Ensure effective processing of HR, recruitment and payroll information
  • Input data, collate statistics and produce and analyse reports
  • Submit monthly reports to Head Office
  • Attend department meetings and produce required paperwork
  • Assist with organising events
  • Monitor security of site and equipment
  • You will be a proactive team player and as well as focusing on your own position you will support your colleagues to ensure all tasks are carried out accurately and within set timescales.
