If you are looking for a rewarding career there is no better time to join.Main duties:·To manage quality systems, processes, and procedures to assure product quality and safety·To engage strong interdepartmental and cross- functional/organizational relationships to drive Quality Systems Requirements (QSRs)·Influence site compliance to Quality policy, standard operating procedures and guidelines·Influence participation in compliance to internal and external regulations·Influence quality metrics such as CAPA, training metrics, completion and compliant resolution metrics·Responsible for approval of suppliers and customers.·Inform appropriate internal departments on audit results and work with the necessary stuff to achieve GDP compliance·Provide QA support during regulatory authority inspections, as applicable·To manage, provide support to self-inspection for all departments involve in GDP activities.·Develop and maintain GDP standard operating procedures in accordance with regulatory and company requirements·To manage, provide support to temperature mapping, Temperature monitoring process.·Manage day to day activities of quality staff·Any other duties as requiredESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES·Pro-active and solutions driven, with the ability to work to strict deadlines with a high level of accuracy·Science related Degree (desirable)·Excellent communication skills: verbal and written·Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business·Practical experience in Quality Assurance and in QMS·Fully IT literate: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel,·Highly self-motivated with strong inter-personal skills·Ability to work with cross-functional teams on new process projects, incident investigation, identification of root causes and process improvements
