Full training will be given; however, the following are essential:Ability to motivate others and build confidenceAbility to work on your own initiative and also be a great team playerPractical, adaptable and organisedHave interests and skills that they are willing to share and get others involvedAbility to use technology - PC and modern technology equipmentMUST be willing to carry out hands-on personal care such assisting with washing and bathing etc.From 11th November 2021 legislation requires all colleagues in Registered Care locations to be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 unless medically exempt.
