Job Description

Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor If so, REED have new exciting opportunities to start in September 2022.The role will be based in a well-established Primary School in the Ealing Borough, where you will be supporting children with behavioural needs who need extra guidance.About the role

  • We are looking for a nurturing, enthusiastic and passionate individual who can support children, in all aspects of learning in and outside of classroom.
  • Previous experience working with children as a Teaching Assistant would be great, as you will be working with a child with complex behaviour challenges.
  • Work primarily as a one to one mentor however, you will need a get stuck in attitude to support the teacher in the class.
Ideal Candidate
  • Available to start the role September 2022.
  • Fully flexible and able to commute to the Ealing Borough.
  • Confident in de-escalating situations and creative to find solutions for challenging behaviour.
  • Passionate about childrens learning and development
  • Able to build rapport with children and staff
  • CACHE Level 3- Ideal but not essential if experience sufficient
