Job Description

Weve grown a little since then but our values have never changed.Today we are a thriving award-winning wholesale bakery bringing the finest breads, viennoiserie, cookies, cakes & brownies to market. We supply some of Londons finest eateries, independent cafes, museums, and cinemas. All our products are handcrafted andbaked fresh each morning using 100% natural ingredients.Were a friendly bunch, united by a common cause: to gather the best ideas in world baking and share them with our hometown. We celebrate diversity and put our teams at the centre of everything we do.About the Role:We want our bakery to be the best in London and you will be a key part of this journey. Working alongside Michelin starred Chef Yvonnick Lalle we are looking for passionate and capable bakers, pastry chefs, cake makers and skilled makers of patisserie andviennoiserie to join our expanding team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Bake cakes, breads and pastries
  • Confident with mixing, scaling and baking
  • Using commercial machinery & hand shaping doughs
  • Reliable in following procedures and recipes in bulk
  • Inspect baked goods to ensure they are of the highest quality
  • Work safely and to a high standard of health & hygiene
  • Be part of a team
Hours & Shifts:
  • We offer flexible working - shifts or hours - across the day and week
  • Full time is 45 hours per week - 5 shifts of 9 hours each
  • Part time is available
  • Permanent or flexible contract
Package
  • £24,000 - £30,000 salaried full time
  • £10.00 - £12.00 hourly rates
  • Additional pay for Night Time work
  • Team Incentives
  • £500 signing on bonus after 3rd month!
About you
  • You will have a passion for good food and quality produce and take pride in your work
  • You will have at least a years experience working within a commercial bakery or kitchen
  • You will enjoy working as part of a team and have a willingness to learn and develop
