Job Description

An opportunity has to work as a Product Manager with a small independent Luxury Villa Specialist, who offer stunning handpicked Villas, haciendas and cortijos in Spain. You will help grow this companys villa portfolio; this is a role for someone lookingto join a young, boutique travel company which has a bright future and is undergoing rapid growth. Salary is dependent on experience (circa £30k £35k pa) plus bonus, excellent benefits. Regular travel to Spain is required along with some work from their SouthYorkshire offices.JOB DESCRIPTION:

Inviting and reviewing new villa applications, shortlisting properties based on company goals
Visiting and vetting potential villas, completing follow up reports
Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers before securing contracts
Working closely with suppliers to maintain the highest standards and troubleshooting any negative feedback from clients or resort teams
Writing creative descriptions and factsheets for marketing & reservations teams
Briefing photo shoots to capture the wow factor of each property or experience
Conducting annual product reviews to keep the collection fresh
Maintain accurate SOPs and guidelines covering the departments key tasks.
Capture content for Social Media channels when visiting villas and destination
Work closely with the Product Assistant to ensure CRM and website 100% accurate at all times

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:You will have a natural love of Spain, with excellent knowledge of luxury destinations. Ideally you will have a background in Product Management or Quality Management. Or perhaps you are a luxury travel blogger! Youll have excellent people skills, comfortablewith negotiating with UHNW property owners. You will be creative, visionary, yet analytical, finding the wow factor in properties and capable of communicating this through written descriptions. If you also speak Spanish this is advantageous.THE PACKAGE:Starting salary is dependent on experience, but in the region of £30k - £35k pa plus company related performance bonus. This role will involve frequent travel to Spain and working hybrid out of their South Yorkshire offices. If you are not able to attendthe office a couple of times a week, but have the perfect experience they may be able to work round this with less time in South Yorkshire.
