Job Description

Office ManagerPenistonePaying up to £25,000 per annumFull timePermanentA fantastic opportunity to join this successful company as an Office Manager as they continue to grow and expand.Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for;

  • Creating quotes for customers
  • Obtaining pricing information from suppliers
  • Coordinating deliveries for projects ensuring goods arrive at the right location at the right time
  • Renting equipment for projects
  • Responding to queries via telephone and emails regarding spare parts and ordering and invoicing client as necessary
  • Dealing with general queries from clients
  • Maintaining spreadsheets with expenses for a number of projects ensuring they are allocated correctly
  • Key Skills:
  • Ability to work on initiative - this role will be part based at home and part based in the office
  • Strong organisational skills - with the ability to prioritise work and work methodically whilst dealing with multiple projects
  • Good IT skills - Excel, Word - knowledge of SAP is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong communicator
  • Background in administration and customer service is essential
  • Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, 21 days holiday
