JOB ROLE******************* MUST HAVE PRACTICE EXPERIENCE *******************A sucsesfull candidate to work in a Manchester Practice (Salford office) to service SMEs in all matters accounting using Xero and Free Agent and Sage One software. To assist clients in tax, monthly reporting, Year End accounts, VAT returns.Candidate must have technical knowledge in all matters company tax and personal taxWe are looking to increase the practice SME business side.Candidate to be Qualifed Accountant or accountant by experienceCandidate MUST be able to file accounts at Companies House from start to finishHave good knowledge of Self assessment Tax returnsHave good knowledge of Property Tax returnsCandidae must have good working knowledge of Xero, bolt on applications and must be technology compitent candidateMUST HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF ALL HMRC GATEWAY SYSTEMSThe applicant must be able to take accounts to trial balance to review and file at companies’ house.Clients are mostly SMEs in Property companies and eccommerce businesses - limited companies who are on Xero software with bank feeds. Therefore, making the bank reconciliation and the vat returns easier using the technology.Applicant must be able to: -File year end accountants from start to finishFile complex Vat returns (include cross boarder VAT for Ecommerce clientsPersonal and director tax returnsDeal with complex queriesBe able ot advise businesses on planningFile statutory accountFile corporation tax returns to HMRCReview and manage work of 2 bookkeepersManage work flow of 2 bookkeepersApplicant must liaise with the clients regarding queries via phone and email. Some Zoom calls very occasional site visits might be needed.Candidate must have Exelent communication skills to cclients.Be able to solve problems atonomuslyApplicant must be a good communicator with clients and explain all aspects of tax and accounting in an effective manner. Mainly on Email and Phone.
