The duties of the Minister of Region (Associate Minister) include:- Planning of Church Programs and Activities- Coordination of Departmental Heads and Units of the Church- Regular Preaching and Teaching in Church Services- Leading the Church’s Evangelism programs and missionary outreaches- All other functions as assigned by the Senior/Lead Pastor of the ChurchQualifications, Experience and Skills Required for Minister of Religion- The post occupier must hold minimum of a Diploma in Theology, Religious Education or related fields (Required).- Minimum of 2 years of Pastoral experience is needed- Must be Fluent in English (Required) and knowledge of one or two AfricanLanguages will be an added advantage- Must be a faithful Christian and be able to uphold basic Christian doctrines.- He/she should be able to work with diverse members of the congregation.%MCEPASTEBIN%
