Property Manager - Salford - HMO and Co-Living AWARD WINNING COMPANY£20,000 - £25,000- with excellent commission and progression opportunities. OTE up to £30,000We are a specialist Lettings and Management Agency, dealing exclusively in The HMO Marketplace. We are an ambitious, financially stable start-up, looking to make our competition even more nervous.RECENTLY AWARDED - NORTH WEST BEST HMO AGENT IN THE HMO AWARDS 2022We manage house shares for professionals, in Salford, Warrington, Bury and Oldham - where nextWe are successful because of our "why" - we let rooms and properties, to make a profit of course, but why we do it is unique and different to our competition. We understand that a home is one of the most important central points in an individuals life -a stable, steady and good quality home is the springboard to success in many areas of life.Due to expansion of our portfolio, and client base, we are currently searching for a Property Manager to join the team, though being a small team there will be some aspects of Lettings involved too.This all-round role in the company is a fantastic place for anyone to start their career with us, equally we are open to experienced hires - we are looking for our next team leaders / branch manager.Experience in Property Management or Lettings is interesting and will certainly help, but by no means is it essential - common sense, a can-do attitude, ambition, and attention to detail are key for us in this role.The role will be based both in and out of the office, so a car owner driver is essential - we manage properties in Salford, Warrington and Bury.Duties will include: Move-in and Move-out appointments - Ensuring that our tenants get off to the best start - but moving them in and turning around the rooms Maintanance - ensuring all of our rooms and houses are well looked after Liason with Tenants and Contractors as well as sourcing new contractors.Updating systems, documents and general administration. Working with our MD, to help grow the property portfolioThe HMO Guys is a rapidly growing start-up, and therefore duties may vary. No two days are the same.There is fantastic potential for growth for an ambitious individual, the business has tripled in size in the last 12 months, are were not finished.
