Your UX design and research knowledge will be fundamental in driving forward this multi-award-winning Fintech company whose aim is to inspire people to build their future wealth. This is done by making investing easy, affordable, and accessible.Your goal: to build products that re-frame peoples relationship with their moneybuilding more positive interactions and behaviorspersonnel, even.Youll be working collaboratively with Design and CX specialists to deliver specific projects within an agile product development environment. You will also collaborate with the in-house development team, helping to bridge the gap between Design and Development.Your values will include but are not limited to simplicity, communication, teamwork, trust, and confidence.Your responsibilities: Researching, designing, prototyping, and testing customer journeys and interactions for new features, products, and services for responsive websites and native mobile apps Optimising existing UX based on evidence and feedback Designing and testing landing pages to maximise conversionYour skillset: Experience/ qualifications in user-centered design methods and techniques. Ability to develop and present concepts and collate/synthesis feedback for iterating designs. Highly proficient with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Axure, Marvel, etc.). Experience using A/B or MVT tools e.g., Google Optimise.
