* Building Surveyor* Penarth* £26,000-£35,000Konker is currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary practice in their Penarth office. Working with clients across the UK, this practice is looking for a Building Surveyor with experience in the industry to join their team of 4 based in Penarth. As members of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), this is a team with an abundanceof knowledge which candidates can draw upon. They specialise in a wide range of services including building surveys, asbestos management surveys, and project coordination. However, they have particular expertise in conducting disabled adaptations. With recent success coming through a variety of work, projects you will be assigned to will be varied, ensuring fresh opportunities each day. Furthermore, support and mentoring for APC is offered by the current directors, allowing for constant growth and developmentof your own personal skillset. This long-term plan to develop the companys workers is enhanced by the friendly environment the practice operates in. Trained in all aspects of Building Surveying, you will be responsible for carrying out a multitude of tasks. Provided with Apple Macs, the company technology will streamline the work you are assigned to and software you will be using. In addition, candidates will need a diverse range of skills to ensure service quality. Good organisational and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently. The salary for this position ranges from £26,000 to £35,000 depending on previous experience, with flexible start and finish times and a flexible approach to work.
