Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust delivers maternity care to over 5900 women per year. We are proud of our excellent facilities which offer women real choice in place of birth, with 2 Midwifery Led Birthing Centres offering care to women with low risk pregnancies, whilst the Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury offers both midwifery and obstetric care for women whose pregnancies are both low and high risk. We can offer you Midwifery training in partnership with Greenwich UniversityApprenticesWe welcome applications from individuals wishing to become an Apprentice and gain experience in the NHS. You will develop new skills and knowledge whilst working with an established team, gaining valuable work experience and a recognised apprenticeship qualification.Please Note: Government funded apprentices must be aged 16 or above and have been resident in the UK/EU for the last 3 years. You may possess a Degree, Level 4 qualification or above as long as it is in a subject significantly different to this qualification. You must not already be in any form of formal government-funded education.Please note that appointment to this post will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service Check at enhanced level.
