Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time cross site Matron cover in our Accident and Emergency Department.You will be expected to support and empower our nursing team to enable them to acquire and maintain appropriate management and clinical skills. This will include working with the General Manager and the Lead Matron to provide assurance that robust systems of governance, quality and performance management are in placed. To support the nursing team in delivering high quality patient care, maintained and develop for their individual needs.There will be an expectation of highly visibility and role modelling to staff .
