Job Description

Working within William Reed’s Online Events team - The online event coordinator is responsible for managing and executing all client webinar projects.This position is responsible for managing client content driven webinars, including developing, implementing webinar guidelines, best practices, providing support, and assistance to external clients, who are interested in running a webinar to promote their business to our online audience.The objective for this role is to provide complete coordination in project mode, expertise and guidelines for running a successful webinar, as well as to establish thought leadership and improve client retention (rebooking) rates.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:This is a role that works across the global business and as such webinars can be outside of usual UK working hours - flexibility and the acceptance of working some shifted hours is key

  • Plan, manage, co-ordinate and execute client webinar programs and initiatives
  • Manage each webinar project: customized planning with deadlines and required deliverables, plan calls (kick off, recording, coaching, debrief), technical coordination and delivery
  • Proactively submit initiatives to improve and optimize process in a time-effective manner.
  • Develop and implement guidelines and protocols for conducting webinars
  • Work closely with ad ops team to ensure successful promotion of webinars
  • Contribute to webinar education and good practices thanks to expertise and detailed performance monitoring (KPI)
  • Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of webinar programs and implement improvements as required
  • Offer guidance and support (including technical) to webinar speakers and hosts
  • Work closely with 3rd party supplier of webinar technology to ensure successful delivery of webinars
  • Assist technology provider with delivering exceptional user experience for clients
  • Follow up webinar with analysis for sales/marketing to provide to clients: generate post-event full reporting, debriefing.

  • Experience in advertising, digital marketing or event marketing a must
  • Technically savvy and keen interest in digital trends
