A candidate with excellent selling skills and who is keen to build a career in Estate Agency with a well-known, highly visible and highly regarded local brand.We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated and have the necessary attributes to be a champion of residential property sales – You will currently be working in estate agency and be capable of spotting valuable business opportunities, building excellentinterpersonal relationshipsYou will be smart, well-presented, well-spoken, articulate, have an excellent personal sales record and a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means, as well as a thorough understanding of the residential sales process.Skills The skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

  • Previous residential sales experience essential
  • Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Oxted and surrounding area helpful
  • Full UK Driving License essential
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
