Job Description

Compliance Manager - Oxted - c£35k per annumOur client is a large Residential national freeholder who pride themselves as being a professional, innovative and modern organisation.Acting for large and institutional landlords UK wide, they provide the full range of property management duties to include; preparation of service charge budgets, annual accounts, administer the collection of ground rent and insurance and other paymentsdue under the terms of the lease.As part of their requirement to meet current and future legislative obligations they now seek a Compliance Manager to work alongside the Head of Block Management as follows:

Working 5 days per week out of an Oxted based office.
Completing/Returning Client Audits
Uploading/Monitoring information pertaining to risk management
Ensuring reports conform to correct naming convention
Ensuring internal systems and databases remain compliant through accurate uploading and management
Managing subject access requests as well as data breaches and system improvements
Ensuring customer information is held in accordance with GDPR
Undertaking any administrative tasks in support of the above duties as required

The suitable Compliance Manager will have experience of working in a busy and highly demanding environment interfacing with a number of key departments, the ability to analyse basic data and produce appropriate reporting, excellent written and verbal communicationskills, be able to build relationships with customers and clients and familiar with Microsoft Office programs and database applications.Additionally, the suitable Compliance Manager will come from a stable career background, have good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, excellent IT skills, at least one years’ experience working in a compliance role and ideally, some exposure toor interest in Property Management.Salary for the successful Compliance Manager will start at up to £35k plus benefits with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.If you are a Surrey based Compliance Manager who meets the above criteria please apply now for immediate consideration and further info.
