Job Description

Office Administrator/Admin - Accountancy practice

  • Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette -
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department -
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking Experience:
  • Previous experience as an Office manager from an accountancy practice preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
