Job Description

Madisons Recruitment are actively looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Scaffolding Quantity Surveyor to join our client based in Oxted.Our client is growing at a rapid pace and therefore need somebody with drive and ambition to take on this role.Assistant QS Duties:

  • Compile and provide reports for senior management on the state of inventory.
  • Carry out design briefs from scope of works.
  • Carry out monthly valuations on small projects.
  • Ability to manage orders placed and delivery dates for site.
  • Creating cost control reports.
  • Carry out estimates, tenders and produce quotes.
  • Work directly with the Commercial Director.
Requirements:
  • Experience within the construction industry
  • Scaffolding background is desirable
  • Surveying experience and computer knowledge is essential
