Job Description

Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable business based on the outskirts of Oxted. There is currently a requirement for an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to join the team.Requirements:

  • ArchiCAD preferable, but not essential
  • Min of 3 years UK experience - essential
  • Good technical knowledge and buildability experience
  • Experience of producing RIBA Stage 4/5 Technical Packages - essential
  • Ability to lead project through coordination and technical stages (RIBA Stage 4-5) - essential
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Start dacate - ASAP
