My client is a well respected global provider of control systems. With a rich heritage dating back to the early 20th centuary 1907, they have been at the forefront of engineering and manufacturing cutting-edge products used worldwide. This is a pivotal positionto my clients growth plans. This is an office based position working Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 based from their office in Oxfordshire.Responsibilities for the position of electronic design engineer:

Design and develop electronics for new and existing components and products
Collaborate with mechanical design engineers to ensure seamless integration
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers, providing feedback and managing orders
Analyse hardware failures, identify design changes, and enhance product reliability
Support production staff and provide updates on R&D projects
Assist with technical sales calls when necessary

Requirements for the position of electronic design engineer:

Strong analogue circuit design skills, including op amp and A-D/D-A conversion
Proficiency in PCB design and circuit simulation
Experience in power electronics, particularly DC-DC converter circuits
Knowledge of EMC and thermal design considerations
High voltage circuit experience is desirable
