The setting is rural which benefits the guests with peaceful space in beautiful surroundings.To manage the daily duties the role entails, be focussed, astute and ensure that the bar and restaurant facilities run smoothly. You have both creative flair and obviously a passion for exceptional customer service.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Youll be a passionate people centric individual, wanting to give the very best opeing experience for every guest in every situation. Youll have high standards when it comes to guest experience, understand brand standards and youll take ownership and pridein your work.You will never falter on striving for exceptional quality and standards.
