Uncapped earnings potential and prospects for career progression for an enthusiastic and ambitious Internal / Telesales Executive for a fast growing construction and health and safety training provider.BASIC SALARY: £22,000- £28,000 - possible flexibilityBENEFITS:· OTE : £30,000- £35,000 Year One, Very Achievable and Open Ended · Contributory Pension · Laptop · 20 Days Holidays plus Bank Holidays rising to 25 with serviceLOCATION: CorbyCOMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Kettering, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Stamford, Oakham, PeterboroughJOB DESCRIPTION: Internal Sales Executive, Telesales Executive - Construction Training· A mix of cold and warm calling to develop relationships with potential clients to ensure that when they have a training need for their on-site staff they come to my client. 80% new business 20% existing, but you will keep the new accounts you open to develop. · There is already an extensive database developed by the team who also have team brainstorming to think of new and inventive ways to develop business, as well as being able to buy in databases and information. · Also keeping abreast of new projects and developments via trade press. There is also inbound business from operators who may need helping or educating about the right course for them and funding. · Although there is competition this is not a particularly hard sell as there is already a need, it is more building relationship and trust. You will need to do the necessary volume of calls be persuasive, proactive and persistent. · There will some face to face sales and visits where necessary for which you will be given full support/ dual visitation where necessary.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales Executive, Telesales Executive - Construction TrainingTo be considered for this exciting and rewarding Internal, Telesales Executive role; · You will ideally from the industry or something similar, or selling some other sort of service, equipment or solution to the construction market · However my client will seriously consider candidates with a first class track record of over target sales achievement in any other (ideally service) sales background, preferably, not essentially with some sort of knowledge of, or experience in construction. · You will be enthusiastic and determined, and not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happenTHE COMPANY:Established and stable my client is a fast growing construction training company who have built an excellent client base in their market including household name construction / housebuilding contractors. The company was set up, and is owned by their ManagingDirector who had a wealth of experience at a senior level in the industry, as did the rest of team, so they are great people to learn from.
