Job Description

Working for our brilliant Oundle based client, you will join as Payroll and Benefits Manager, forming an essential bridge between HR and Finance. You will have full ownership for the Payroll for the 800 plus staff, with complexity built in by differing contractualterms and conditions.As Payroll and Benefits Manager, you will:

  • Process the monthly payroll in full for all employees, including some on zero hour contracts.
  • Liaise with HR to ensure all data held regarding pay and benefits is up to date, and reflective of any in month changes.
  • Ensure PAYE is accurately applied for all joiners, leavers, international employees and pensioners.
  • Lead on the delivery of payroll taxes and all regulatory reporting.
  • Oversee the employee benefits.
  • Manage the company pension.
You will obviously have extensive experience in managing payrolls in another business, and can demonstrate your appetite and capability to streamline processes and automate where possible. Experience of working with I-Trent is desirable, but not essential.Benefits include:
