A Trainee ICT Support Technician is required by our client in the Education sector in Oundle. This is a trainee role and a starting salary of £23,500 is available.The role plays an integral part in helping the IT Services team deliver change of all sizes into the production environment across different functional and technical areas. This will involve providing estimates for change, updating documentation, and carryingout testing and reviews to make sure recommendations are fit for purpose. You will follow best practice development standards and guidelines, and your role will involve resolving any day-to-day issues.You will establish familiarity with in-house systems and IT infrastructure and assist with regular development and maintenance.
