This role can be full time or part time as a job share. It is a very exciting time to join our team! Due to increased numbers of children we are currently looking to recruit a L3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You must have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Early Years- please note, Health and Social Care qualifications are not recognised by Ofsted in Early Years. Please do not apply if you do not have this qualification as it is a minimum requirement. Candidates must have the qualifications but we are looking for someone who has a real passion to work with children, who takes pride in and enjoys their job. You will need to be a person who likes to learn new things and able to support children’s individual needs and interests. Everything that we do is based around the needs of the children. We are currently financially supporting many of our team across all settings in completing their studies in both Foundation Degrees and BA Hons. Candidates need to also be able to sing, no necessarily in tune, dance and generally be able to laugh at yourself and with the children. Our nursery is a happy place for both the children and our team We follow the NSPCC guidelines for Safer Recruitment. You will be required to achieve a clean DBS and sign up to the update service.
