Job Description

It’s a unique and exciting opportunity to join a growing business. The company have a strong moral dimension and partner several of the biggest companies within the UK, supporting them with redevelopment and building projects. It’s an opportunity to be part of an innovative and progressive company who are at the forefront of the market. The client is ideally looking for someone to be based in the office for between 16-20 hours per week and offers a high degree of flexibility. We are looking for experienced Bookkeepers or Accounts professional who will also be happy to be a point of contact for HR for the business and liaise with their outsourced HR support consultancy. The team are friendly and supportive, and the working culture is very employee focused. It’s a fantastic Part time opportunity and is a varied and rewarding role.Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining Accounts Payable listing, monitoring Accounts Receivable, raising Sales Invoices, preparing batch payments, processing employee expenses and preparing VAT returns for submission
  • Management of in-house HR system, assisting with the preparation on employment contracts and on-boarding of new employees and running monthly payroll and year end P11D submissions.
