Service Manager – Copse Lea & Pinewood, OttershawAvenues Trust Group, is a specialist provider of adult social care, supporting people with complex needs to enjoy life.We are looking for a Service Manager to join the teams in Chertsey, (Ottershaw) Surrey to manage the support team in 2 supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.The service users at Copse Lea and Pinewood there enjoy an active lifestyle attending multiple activities such as cinema and day trips, as well as doing as much as possible in their home.In this role you will motivate and inspire your team to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching, and leadership by example. Acting as a role model and leader in the full delivery of active support, you will empower the people we support to have active and fulfilling lives aligned with their needs and aspirations. You will be responsible for staff appraisals, rotas, support plans, managing budgets, and monthly reports.Due to the nature of the role it is essential for applicants to hold a full valid driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
