ABOUT USDue to growth, our client is recruiting for a versatile Bookkeeper/Credit Controller to work 15 hours per week. This role is a permanent opportunity to work onsite two days per week.THE ROLEWorking alongside the Senior Bookkeeper, you will support the efficient running of the transactional accounting function.Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Ledger - post all transactions to Xero, process invoices, liaise with suppliers, resolve queries, reconcile statements, process staff expenses
Sales Ledger - produce invoices, statements, liaise with debtors, update trackers, resolve queries
Bank and Ledger reconciliations
Processing quotations from third party suppliers
Chasing for outstanding payments
Management of suppliers, negotiation of contracts etc

ABOUT YOUWe are looking for a resourceful Bookkeeper/Credit Controller who is seeking a varied and diverse workload. Ideally, you have experience using Xero. Proficient Microsoft Office skills are essential.
