Job Description

My client based on the outskirts of Sevenoaks, a successful family business established over 50 years ago, is looking for a Credit Controller to join their friendly, hard working finance team to cover a candidate going on maternity leave.The offices arewithin a few minutes walk of the train station and there is car parking available close to the office. This role will start in April.Working Hours : 8-4.30pm, 4 days per week between Monday to FridayFixed term contractSalary £23,000-25,000 FTEAnnual leave : 23 days + Bank holidaysCompany pension schemeMain Duties:Working alongside the other Credit Controller in a Finance team of 7 Chasing of debt via telephone, letter, statements and email Resolution of all queries arising during the collection process Ensuring that customer payments are made within stated credit terms Collect all pre-pay items on a daily basis Setting client limits and credit checks for new and current customers Updating and maintaining customer query logs Carry out any other occasional ad hoc duties as requiredExperience required:

2 years Credit Control experience
