My client based in Sevenoaks, is looking for a part-time Accounts Office Manager to join their small and friendly practice.This is a varied role which will combine your Office Management skills and Bookkeeping knowledge.Working Hours : Monday to Friday 12.30-5.30Salary: £25K-£30K pro rataMain Duties include:Email and telephone management.Typing and sending out Financial StatementsLiaising with clients to chase up all necessary information required to formulate their End of Year Accounts etcManaging all other office administration processes for the teamAdhoc duties as requiredEssential skills and experience required:Knowledge of BookkeepingPrevious PA/Office Manager experience of a minimum of 2 years.Exemplary organisational skillsExcellent typing skills and proficient on Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent standard of verbal and written communicationAn independent self starter with a can do attitude and an eye for detailHave an enthusiastic and proactive attitude to problem solvingAble to work on their own.Desirable SkillsBookkeeping experience gained in an Accountancy PracticePayroll experience
