Canine Partners has an exciting opportunity for an Individual Giving Manager to join our committed Marketing & Income Generation team.This is an incredible role at a prominent assistance dog charity where your role will be a part of our essential work that transforms lives every day.What you will do:Leading a small team, you will have a keen focus on managing the marketing and stewardship of our Individual Giving income stream, which includes appeals, puppy sponsorship, regular giving, In Memoriam and Lottery. Utilising your marketing experience youwill create and execute multi-channel integrated direct marking campaigns aiming to acquire, engage and deliver income from existing and new supporters. This is an excellent opportunity to engage and collaborate with colleagues across the charity and externalteams to proactively increase funding for the charity.What were looking for: IDM, CIM or other relevant marketing qualification or degree or worked experience in a similar role Experience of marketing and raising income from Individual Giving products Experience or knowledge of marketing and management of lotteries, raffles or other gaming income streams Experience managing direct marketing print, production and postage processes Significant experience of CRM databases and data & financial processes required Experience working with audience segmentation for direct marketing Ability to apply and monitor data business rules to meet GDPR requirements Experience with data analytics and report building to inform marketing planning Excellent written and verbal communications skills Experience of copywriting appeals and other content for a range of audiences and channels Excellent project and time management skillsMost importantly, you will be passionate about the transformative impact our assistance dogs provide to our beneficiaries.We can offer you: Generous annual leave allowance Employer matched pension scheme Charity Sick Pay Life assurance Employee assistance programme Wellbeing portal Discounts on goods, retail vouchers and cashback on purchases from eating out, entertainment, supermarkets, clothing, travel and more Dog friendly officesThis role benefits from home-based working, or if you have a preference to work from an office (fully or on a hybrid basis) we have office space at our training centre in Osgathorpe, Leicestershire.
