Canine Partners has an exciting opportunity for a Fundraising Administrator to join our dedicated Fundraising team.This is an incredible role at a prominent assistance dog charity where your role will be a part of our essential work that transforms lives every day. What you will do:You will play an important part in the smooth running of our fundraising teams and delivery of income targets by providing outstanding administrative support to our Head of Fundraising and fundraising managers. Your focus will primarily be in support of theSenior High Value Giving Manager and the Trusts and Grants Manager. You will manage general administrative duties such as the daily banking processes, printing and sending letters and managing database records as well as monitoring key email mailboxes andincoming telephone calls from donors and supporters. You will be confident in delivering a high-quality customer experience to our donors, supporters and volunteers as required across a variety of communication streams. With a keen interest in writing, youwill provide support in drafting sponsorship updates and thank yous to supporters and donors. Working as a team is key in this role, you will support your fundraising team colleagues with cover and help at events as required. What were looking for:• Excellent customer service skills.• Confidence in communicating via phone, email and other communication streams.• Good written skills, with the ability to produce engaging and high quality written communication.• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships.• Good administration skills, including record keeping and database management.• Strong IT skills (Microsoft packages)• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage tasks. • Ability to follow processes and procedures.• Excellent numerical skills.You will be a proactive, personable and self-motivated professional who is able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. You will be flexible and adaptable, driven to achieve deadlines to a high standard, even when under pressure. You will be compassionate,empathetic and diplomatic.
