At King Brothers, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food Service Sales Manager/Sales Controller to join our Head Office team, taking responsibility for a team of 4+. Along with a salary of c£43,000 per annum, you will also receive a pensionscheme, car allowance (included in salary), mobile phone and laptop.The roll is primarily office based here in Peterborough, with accompanied customer vists with the RSMs, along with key account Head Office visits.The current Sales Manager is retiring at the end of February 2022, so the new incumbent will need to join the business for induction and training on the internal systems around the second week of February 2022 or earlier by agreement.We are a family-owned and run foodservice wholesaler and as a fast-growing business eager to grow further, we are looking for someone with previous experience selling within the food industry who is capable of managing and developing a Sales Team and drivingaggressive growth in a structured manner.At King Brothers we serve all styles of catering outlets within a 1.5-hour of our base and offer a full range of goods including frozen, chilled, and ambient with the backup of group buying power.We are keen to speak to people about this Sales Manager position with the following skills and experiences:
