Job Description

Were excited to announce that were opening a brand-new store, Neptune Knutsford. Even though the doors wont be opening until later this year, the training will start much sooner.While most of our stores are renovations and reimaginings of old buildings, Neptune Knutsford is in fact our own building through and through, built entirely from scratch by our own team. Tucked away in the countryside just south of the town of Knutsford, its designed to blend perfectly into its surroundings and lands agricultural past. Our Home Designers are interior specialists who use their in-depth product knowledge to create exciting design schemes for a room, two or even a whole home! Day to day youll our delight customer by:

  • Arranging in-store consultations and home visits to find out all requirements
  • Using a variety of creative methods to put together an innovative design scheme
  • Expertly manage the design process from start to finish, keeping our customers informed
  • Being there on the day of delivery to aid with set up and styling
  • Working closely with the kitchen design team to provide an entire design service
    • Youll have an obsession for exceptional design and service with a natural warmth and passion for dealing with people. Ideally, youll have previous experience in the interior design industry with knowledge of CAD software but whats most important to us is your eagerness to learn.Our customers love our stores so much that were open 7 days a week, so its essential that youll have the flexibility to work in the week and at weekends too.If you adore great design within home interiors and working as part of a team, youll love working for Neptune. Each store is unique from the ground up, designed with care and attention to protect and enhance their historical bones.
