Were excited to announce that were opening a brand-new store, Neptune Knutsford. Even though the doors wont be opening until later this year, the training will start much sooner.While most of our stores are renovations and reimaginings of old buildings, Neptune Knutsford is in fact our own building through and through, built entirely from scratch by our own team. Tucked away in the countryside just south of the town of Knutsford, its designed to blend perfectly into its surroundings and lands agricultural past. A Neptune store is a warm and inviting place packed full of stunning kitchens, furniture, lighting and home accessories that we ourselves would be proud to own.As a pillar of support to the Store Leader, youll understand that our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Youll lead by example, always striving to deliver outstanding service while surpassing store objectives. In order to consistently accomplish that, you will:

Guide, support and motivate a dedicated retail and kitchen design team

Coach, train and develop new and existing team members to become brand ambassadors

Ensure operational excellence throughout the store and behind the scenes

Maintain breath-taking visual merchandising and store presentation
