Job Description

Nottinghamshire County Council areseeking an Administrator to join theirteam, dedicated to developing and maintaining online resources for families. This role involves a blend of content management and administrative tasks.The ideal candidate will beresponsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of information on theirdatabaseand website. Day to Day of the role:
  • Add and regularly update content on the Families Information Service databases and website.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding standards.
  • Input, manipulate, and retrieve data from databases, maintaining statistical records as required.
  • Respond to public, staff, and colleague enquiries related to the role’s responsibilities.
  • Create, schedule, and contribute to targeted social media posts and campaigns across various platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience inadministration.
  • Proficiency in using databases and maintaining accuraterecords.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and providing user support.
  • Knowledge of data protection and information governance.
  • Commitment to following financial regulations and council policies, including social media guidelines.

We’ve got their ICT kit on order and are ideally looking for a start 1.4.24.
